Payment and Cancellation Policy

Prices quoted in U.S. dollars per night. Prices do not include 9% government bed tax and service charge.

A deposit of one night is due upon confirmation of booking with balance due upon departure. Full refund, less $50.00 cancellation fee, will be granted if cancellation is received no less than 10 days prior to departure, except holiday cancellations which are required 15 days prior to departure.

Policies and Information

For your convenience, below are a few details and information to help you plan and enjoy your time while staying with us.

ARRIVAL CHECK-IN:  1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  Check-in after 6:00 pm is possible with prior arrangement.  If your travel or flight is delayed, please contact the Cerros Beach Resort by phone or e-mail us to let us know your estimated arrival time. We do not take late scheduled check-ins past 8:00 pm due to the disruption it causes other guests.  We ask that you please plan your travel accordingly.

DEPARTURE CHECK-OUT:  11:00 am the day of departure. Late check-out is possible if you would like to spend some additional time on the grounds. However, we require that you clear your guest room of all personal belongings by 11:00 am so that we can begin readying the room for new guests arriving. Just let us know and we would be happy to store your luggage until your departure.

TRANSPORTATION: Please ask for transport options at time of booking.
